* Muskoka Lakes Township provides docks to the public at $1 per vessel foot per 24hours. Permits/Wharf Manager at Windermere Village Store. Docking for less than 4 hours daily is free. A boat launch is available at Parker's Marina for $5 in and $5 out. (2011 prices). Gas available at Windermere Marina.

** Security / Damage Deposit - Also known as a Booking Deposit. Confirms the booking. Returned in full after the rental period, and a full inspection is completed. Expenses incurred, if any, may be deducted.

***Windermere Golf and Country Club also offers Tennis Courts.
